His expertise covers IT master plan architecture, data management, and technology-driven business strategies. His both global and local experience helps to create the design digital solutions that are innovative, secure, and sustainable.
A seasoned consultant with over 25 years of experience that specializes in driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives, establishing and leading high-performing PMOs, optimizing business processes for efficiency and scalability, and managing complex enterprise projects across multiple industries. With deep expertise in project and program management, ERP implementation, and change management, he has successfully guided organizations through structured, sustainable transformation journeys. His diverse industry experience—ranging from telecommunications and pulp & paper to Big Four consulting and e-sports—equips him with a unique ability to align business strategy, technology, and operations to deliver measurable performance improvements.
He has held senior leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations at Attention Group (EVOS E-Sports & WHIM Talent Management) and Head of PMO & Business Process at Indosat Ooredoo. His career also includes key positions as IT Digital Projects

She served as Provincial Coordinator for the Australia Indonesia Health Security Partnership (AIHSP) in Bali and has worked with FAO, UNOCHA, and Animals International. She holds the Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist+ (CSRS+) designation, strengthening his expertise in sustainability and governance.
Beyond consulting, she is also active as a guest lecturer, conference interpreter, and founder of social programs providing English education for women entrepreneurs and underprivileged children. With her cross-sectoral background, she helps integrate sustainability, health, and communication aspects into their business transformation strategies.
